Chartwell was established in 1994 to respond to the specific needs of individuals and organizations.  We specialize in two types of work:

1. Business and Financial Advisory Services
2. Organizational Consulting

Through the Business and Financial Advisory Services division, we work with successful entrepreneurial business owners, both establishing and with established wealth.  We work with business owners through all the stages of the entrepreneurial experience, from the establishment of the business, to the growth phase with acquisitions, alliances/divestitures, to the exit strategies, and to the related wealth planning for the entrepreneur.

Through the Organizational Consulting division, we collaborate with clients in large, global organizations to improve organizational performance.  Our work takes place at the enterprise, divisional, functional, team, and individual levels.  We bring a deep understanding of psychology, group dynamics, leadership, human resources, and change management to bear on business issues.
